Jadłonomia is my personal fave and I mentioned that in February when posted this little personal project. Recently I found there this recipe and my first thought was: it’s gonna look amazing when illustrated! I just imagined the most adorable colour combo. But this orange coconut homemade granola doesn’t only look gorgeous. It tastes heavenly. Super easy to make so hey, simply try it and you will never get sick of your new breakfast (or grab-and-go snack) addition. So here we go: Orange coconut homemade granola by Marta Dymek from Jadłonomia blog!

Preheat the oven to 175 celcius. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds and coconut, add honey (or maple sirup), coconut oil and fresh squeezed orange juice and toss everything gently using wooden spoon or silicon spatula. Remember that the dried fruit is added after it’s baked! Pour the mixture onto on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola achieves an even colour. Let cool then toss in the dried mango and cranberries. Store in a beautiful big jar and serve it as cereal with your favourite milk or yoghurt. Voila!

Many thanks to Marta for her amazing job she is doing on her wonderful blog. So inspiring!
